About Glimpse Of An Angel:

 

“Glimpse of an Angel” is a new book from author J. Allen Wilson. Written in great pain, detail, and oftentimes confusion, this book chronicles the events of the summer of 2008. It was then that the author and his beloved wife of twenty-three years discovered that she was in the final stages of pancreatic cancer; written between the intervals of morphine shots, prayer, and tears. “Glimpse of an Angel” outlines the insanity of “Loving through faith and fear”.

Leah Cecile Wilson, born of the flesh on September the 7th, died in her husband’s arms on that very same day in 2008…yet this time she was born of the spirit.

The mission statement behind the release of this book is simple. Its only goal is to reach the hearts of others, and spread the message of love. For even in the final moments, Leah Cecile praised God, for she knew her reward. Ironically, and perhaps not…the release of “Glimpse of an Angel” comes one year to the date of her passing.

If you as a reader have walked this path, then you know this journey. However, if you have yet to feel the sting of death, then know it shall come, therefore read “Glimpse of an Angel”, prepare for life is indeed temporal, but true love is eternal.

 

 



About The Author

J. Allen Wilson is an artist; author and humanitarian. His works have touched the heart of many with his soulful prose, and spiritual paintings, and photography. His desire now is to spread the message of love…The kind of love that is born of the heart of God.

It is his prayerful hope that those who shall turn and read these sometimes confusing passages shall gather a glimpse of what it is to love unconditionally. His hope is…that you too will get a glimpse of his angel, and better appreciate the angel in your life.
